Updated and spotless room, with an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and climate control. Breakfast with western food.

We thoroughly enjoyed this absolutely fabulous and nice hotel and had a such great time. It was a great location not far from many convenience store, and Nippori station where direct connected to Narita Airport. The stuff was welcoming and pleasant all the time.

The positives include great and unbeatable location and parking around the hotel. It's in a new building in the really quiet area.

Satisfactory breakfast with plenty of hot/cold dishes. Nice building and rooms with queen size bed. Perfect and exceptionally nice location as only 5 minutes to a pedestrian street.

Beds were too hard.

The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from a pedestrian street. There were convenience stores and a drugstore around the hotel. The room was updated, spotless and with a "small bed".

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

Fancy hotel with fast free Wi-Fi. Neat and updated room and clean bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet. Favourable very central location and accommodating and outstandingly accommodating staff. A small restaurant and an Irish bar available. Very nice experience there.

It was about 16 miles from the airport. The staff were super-friendly, and the room was updated and modern where the bed was up against 3 walls.

Exceptionally nice location minutes from a train station, easy to get around. Walking distance to convenience stores and a drugstore across the street. Spotless and brand-new room with a view...

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Hip new hotel in a peaceful area short walk to the JR train station, a very nice area and Ueno and Asakusa. Particularly good location with parking nearby. Besides, excellent for visiting a pedestrian street. Super-friendly, exceptionally kind people working here.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family, had a very nice stay. Good and absolutely perfect location - a few steps away from everywhere I needed. You could walk to chemist's and convenience stores...

The rooms are updated with queen size bed, everything is perfect. All in all they offer exceptional service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and prime location near the train station. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and I especially appreciated the option to have a room on the second floor with a small bed and a view of the city. The breakfast offered was also delicious and a great way to start the day.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

Modern hip new hotel, great views, absolutely perfect location to transport within Tokyo. Location just off restaurants and supermarkets, and a railway station. Nice bed, updated and modern room with central heating, multi-channel television and a fridge. Excellent services, the private parking was available nearby. Easy check-in.
